1. Acceptance

By installing or using bkmk (the “app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. The app

bkmk is a bookmarking app for Apple devices. It stores your bookmarks in your own iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit service. The author of bkmk does not operate a server and does not have access to your stored bookmarks.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you save.
• You must comply with the terms of any site you bookmark.
• You are responsible for backups. Although bkmk syncs through your iCloud account, you should periodically verify that your data is intact.

4. License

bkmk is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
